PST Engineering

PST Engineering includes both a scholarship and internship program. Formed in remembrance of the late Ray J. Leonard, PE, who helped PST owner Frank Comer early in his career, the program has helped five high school students advance their interest in mathematics, science, engineer and architecture. Begun in 1999, the program has helped the students achieve higher grades. Two of the students have gone on to graduate and attend college. One has become an officer within the Naval Nuclear Engineering program.
