KCB Bank

KCB Bank began a Junior Board of Directors program during the 2007/2008 school year. Members of the KCB Bank management team joined juniors and seniors from Kearney High School to form the Junior Board. Meeting monthly throughout the school year, the students learn about the banking industry and the role of banks’ boards of directors in making financial decisions. The students also learn to deal with financial issues that they will face as adults, including credit scores, managing budgets and developing a financial plan.
